Keeping consistent is vitally important when it comes to achieving goals and creating success in all endeavors. But yet it takes a conscious effort to keep consistent. Theres 4 powerful qualities that can be gained from keeping consistent.
- It can help develop an overall vision of the goals you desire to achieve.
- Developing certainty on your life and choices.
- Gaining motivation to make the best choices toward achieving your visions.
- And gaining confidence from all the progress.
Here's 5 steps to creating a vision, gaining certainty, motivation, and confidence, all from keeping consistant. So the real question this blog post will answer, is how to get on the track of keeping consistent? The short answer is...It takes a conscious effort!
1) Making The Conscious Effort - The first step to achieving anything is pushing yourself and making the effort to do something toward achieving the goal. Now obviously your not going to make a conscious effort to do something if your not motivated to gain the result from the action. You must want a change and better result bad enough to make an effort to do something different in order to achieve that goal. An easier way to making an effort with out much thinking on the spot, is to think ahead and organize what must be done throughout the week toward achieving the goal, and write down on a schedule what you must accomplish each day that will get you to achieving that goal. All that's left is to then make the effort everyday to accomplish each task, and all you must do, is look at your schedule and do it. This organizes the mind and makes it clear of what you have to do without thinking about it. But the most important thing, is to keep consistent with making the same strong effort each day to accomplish each task toward achieving the goal.
2) Creating a vision - Now that your making an effort to accomplish your tasks and goals, it is much easier to develop a vision that you can move toward to. What I mean by a vision, is a visualization of the future you desire, that you can move toward to achieving. "The goal your after achieving", but yet in a much more clear vision as if it has already been achieved. When you have a vision, every choice you make will be toward achieving that goal. So through the process of making an effort everyday to achieve those tasks, remind yourself why you are doing each task as you vision the result that will come from it, overtime creating a vision of your desired future.
3) Gaining certainty - As a vision is developed and as an effort is made each day to accomplish daily tasks toward a goal, certainty of what's being accomplished each day will be clear and strengthened. You will become certain of the choices you make as you move toward the future vision you desire. Remember to keep consistent of making the conscious effort to make the best of every choice made, as a vision is created, and certainty of your choices is developed.
4) Gaining Motivation- One of the most important qualities that comes from keeping consistent in making a conscious effort everyday, is the development of motivation throughout the process. The more you make an effort to keep consistent, and the more clarity is gained along with a clear vision, the more motivated you become to make an effort everyday toward achieving your goal. It becomes a natural motivation to make the best choices toward achieving your desired future. The day that you stop making an effort to keep consistent in your work, is the day you may loose motivation, certainty, and a vision. As long as you have a vision, you have certainty and motivation to keep you moving forward and keeping consistent to achieve your goal.
5) Gaining Confidence- Of course from all effort of keeping consistent and with all that comes along with it, confidence will most certainly be gained. Being one of the most important qualities to becoming successful in anything. From the effort of keeping consistent, a vision being created, certainty being developed, and motivation being constantly gained, confidence will be the flag on top of the mountain. No goal can really be fully accomplished without confidence. But yet confidence may be developed overtime, and through the process of making an effort to keep consistent, you will gain one of the most important qualities, "confidence". Because of the effort made each day, a vision of the results will be formed from asking yourself why you do what you do each day. And from it, certainty of your choices will be developed, and motivation will be gained, as confidence will be strengthened as you realize how much power has been controlled by the conscious effort that is made to keep consistent.
